How long do eyelash extension last?
Eyelash extensions generally last 2-3 weeks, depending on the growth cycle of your lashes, and the level of maintenance.
Follow these expert tips to care for and maintain your eyelash extensions.
Avoid getting your new eyelashes wet for 24 hours after your appointment, this includes showers and sweating through exercise.
Avoid swimming, saunas and steam rooms for 48 hours after your appointment. Extreme heat is not recommended. When taking a shower, turn on the air vent or leave the bathroom door open to avoid creating a lot of steam. The steam will loosen the bonding glue, causing your lashes to fall out faster.
Do not use eyelash curlers.
Do not use regular or waterproof mascara! Mascara contains ingredients that will break down the adhesive bond and damage your eyelash extensions or cause them to fall out. Take special care around the eye area. Cleanse your face gently and do not scrub or rub your eyes!
